The aim of Derivative Partners Holding is to coordinate the subsidiaries and shareholdings and to harmonise their interaction to the greatest possible extent in order to achieve synergy. In addition, the holding company plans to establish or integrate further shareholdings and subsidiaries which will assume a leading role in a specific area of the value creation chain in the market for financial derivatives or structured products.

Derivative Partners Holding Ltd. currently owns 100% of each of the two subsidiaries Derivative Partners Media Ltd. and Derivative Partners Research Ltd. Approximately two thirds of the shares of the holding company are owned by the Management and the Board of Directors, and more than 90% of the shares are held under a shareholders’ agreement.
